Seth Kelly

Seth Kelly has been part of the CCR team since 1998, and yes, he’s related to CCR CEO Shea Kelly (they’re brothers). His role focuses on guiding teams toward the future while improving their day-to-day tasks. He’s constantly reviewing the way they approach problem-solving, innovation, and service delivery while looking for ways to improve efficiency. This allows them to do more for their clients in much less time. Seth has been part of CCR for his entire life, working part-time in high school with various departments in different roles. This exposure created a deeper understanding of the business, which provided the foundational knowledge required to succeed in his current position. He studied Network Administration at Hamilton Business College, and he takes continuing education courses to keep up with ever-evolving technology.

Over the course of his career, he’s learned that times of great challenge are excellent teachers to those willing to seek the lesson.

Seth loves that CCR embraces out-of-the-box solutions that allow us to explore new opportunities for success. He’s most interested in how technology is integrated in both their personal and professional lives.

If Seth could go anywhere, you’d find him with his family, fishing on the Gulf of Mexico.
