Gisele Takekawa has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Gisele is currently the Head of HR Transformation and Employee Experience at CCR S.A. Gisele previously served as the People Head Brazil at Zé Delivery. Before that, Gisele had a long tenure at Cervejaria Ambev, where they held positions such as Innovation leader for People Supply, Corporate Senior Business Partner for Supply, Performance and people processes auditor for Latin America Operations, Human Resources Specialist, and HR Business Manager. Gisele also worked as a Trainee at Bemis Company, Inc. and as an Intern at Unilever.
