Susannah Carlson-Lagunas

Susannah Carlson-Lagunas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Susannah is currently working at CCS Associates, where they started in 2021 as a Senior Research Associate. Prior to this, they held multiple roles within the company, including Digital Marketing Team Member, Research Associate 1 in Operations and R&D, Administrative Associate in Operations and R&D, and Technical Editor. In 2016, they also worked at Darkhouse Books as the Managing Editor for the Riff Literary Series, responsible for conceiving, curating, editing, and managing the production team for each anthology. Before that, they had their own Freelance Editing and Transcription service called Carlson Editorial Service since 1997. Additionally, Susannah worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Dow Jones & Co., Inc. from 2003 to 2011, and as an Executive Assistant at San Jose Medical Center from 2000 to 2001. Susannah also had a previous stint at Dow Jones & Co., Inc. as an Executive Assistant from 1997 to 2000. Their earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Infortal Associates in 1995.

Susannah Carlson-Lagunas received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Creative Writing from San Francisco State University from 1985 to 1989.
