Ann-Marie Fagan

Ann-Marie Fagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles. As the Quality Manager at CCS Disability Action since October 2011, Ann-Marie focuses on governance, service delivery, and aligning the operating model with strategic objectives within the National Leadership Team. Prior to this, Ann-Marie served as the Office Manager at Ultrashield from June 2010 to October 2011, where responsibilities included supporting business operations and identifying growth opportunities. Ann-Marie also held the position of Franchise Selection Director NZ at ActionCOACH Business Coaching from May 2002 to July 2006, where the role revolved around qualifying and selecting Business Coach prospects to expand the franchise in New Zealand. Ann-Marie's educational background includes studies at Dublin Business School and Our Lady's Grove Secondary School in Dublin, Ireland.
