Kuruvilla Eapen

Kuruvilla Eapen has a diverse range of HR experience. Kuruvilla is currently the Director of People Practice at CCS Technologies Pvt.Ltd, where they manage all aspects of HR and works closely with the CEO/COO and other leaders to focus on growth, learning & development, branding, digitization, transformation, and culture.

Prior to that, Kuruvilla worked at Nissan Digital India LLP as an HR Business Partner. In this role, they played a crucial part in establishing the HR function within the organization and handled all HR functions at various levels. Kuruvilla faced the challenge of working in a startup environment within a large organization and successfully navigated complex situations.

Before joining Nissan, Kuruvilla worked at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. as an HR Business Partner. Kuruvilla worked closely with multiple R&D and Consulting businesses across different locations and management levels. Their work involved change management, culture building, developing engagement tools, and providing business-focused interventions.

Additionally, at Oracle, Kuruvilla also served as an HR Consultant for the KPO division in Bangalore. Kuruvilla independently managed all HR activities for the group, including employee lifecycle management and administrative responsibilities.

Overall, Kuruvilla Eapen has a strong background in HR, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities and experiences in various organizations.

Kuruvilla Eapen completed a PGDM in HR from Christ University from 2007 to 2009. In addition, they obtained additional certifications in Developing Self-Awareness, Applying psychology to the workplace, Communication Foundations, and Influencing Others from different institutions in 2017.
