Bogdan MacIejuk

Bogdan Maciejuk has extensive experience in sales operations and business systems. Bogdan is currently the Director of Sales Ops at CData Software, where they lead initiatives to introduce organized and structured processes across sales teams. Bogdan has also worked at Globalscape, Inc. as a Sales Operations role, where they improved overall sales productivity and acted as an integration role between various sales and marketing areas. Prior to that, they held various roles at Kaspersky Lab, including Head of Business Systems and Data Stewardship and Senior Manager of Business Support Systems. Bogdan also has experience as an IT Manager at both EZUniverse, Inc. and Boston ECR. Bogdan is skilled in implementing analytical reports and dashboards to provide visibility and insights into key performance indicators and business performance. Bogdan continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency and productivity through the utilization of the latest technologies and tools.

Bogdan Maciejuk completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Global Management at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from Suffolk University in 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Sales Operations from LinkedIn in 2019.
