Gloria Nauden started their career as the Marketing & Entertainment Director at BET Networks in 1993. Gloria worked in the newly created strategic business development division and reported directly to the Chairman & CEO and President. From 2007 to 2011, Gloria served as the Executive Director of the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, where they were responsible for raising the agency's profile and making arts accessible to all. In 2014, they joined City First Broadway as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. This nationally chartered commercial bank focused on providing investments in low and moderate-income communities. Gloria recently took on the role of Chief Marketing & Impact Officer at the Community Development Bankers Association in 2022.
