Anna Dean possesses extensive experience in public health, particularly in tobacco surveillance and immunization programs. Since August 2014, Anna Dean has held multiple key roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including Global Tobacco Surveillance System Advisor and Senior Global Adult Tobacco Survey Coordinator. Prior to this, Anna Dean served as Program Manager at the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and as Immunization Program Manager at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Anna Dean earned a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Maternal and Child Health and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
