Jeffrey Hitt

Jeffrey Hitt is a seasoned public health professional with extensive leadership experience in infectious disease prevention and health services. Currently serving as Program Team Lead at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Hitt oversees initiatives within the Division of STD Prevention. Previous roles include Director of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Health Services Bureau at the Maryland Department of Health and Associate Director of the STD/HIV Program at the Louisiana Office of Public Health, where Hitt managed substantial budgets and teams focused on HIV and STD responses.
