Rob Yates

Rob Yates is an experienced leader in project and program management with a focus on aerospace and defense. Currently serving as Northern Hub Lead at MI-GSO | PCUBED since January 2023, Rob Yates is dedicated to enhancing project and change management capabilities in the North of England. Previously, Rob Yates held several significant roles at BAE Systems from September 2004 to November 2022, including Head of Program for Air FORCE, where Rob Yates implemented an improvement program for the Air Sector PM Community, and led international teams on high-value projects such as the Typhoon Development Programmes for the Royal Saudi Air Force. Rob Yates’ early career included leadership positions in customer service and project management, complemented by a postgraduate certificate in leading complex projects from The University of Manchester and a degree in Business Studies from the University of Hull.
