Melanie Hamilton

Melanie Hamilton is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and management. Currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Coordinator at CDC Group plc since October 2020, Melanie previously held roles including IT Service Desk Manager at FocalAgent, where Melanie implemented cloud-based service desk solutions and innovative support strategies. Additional leadership experience includes managing service desk teams for NEL NHS and Princess Productions, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Melanie's career began with hands-on IT support as a Desktop Support Technician for Kent Police and includes extensive management experience from positions at adam&eveDDB and the University for the Creative Arts. Melanie holds a BA (Hons) in Art and Design from University College Suffolk and a B.Tech. in Exhibition Design from Hastings College of Art.
