Nina Upton

Nina Upton currently serves as the Group Training Manager at CDER Group, a position held since August 2020 following the merger of JBW Group, Phoenix Commercial Collections, and Collect Services. Prior to this role, Nina was the Training Manager at JBW Group from July 2019 to August 2020. With a strong background in learning and development, Nina has held various positions including Learning and Development Specialist at Avon, Training Development and Compliance Lead at Tesco Bank, and Learning and Development Trainer at Everything Everywhere Ltd. Nina's career began as a Business Customer Services Trainer at Orange and included a role as a Holiday Representative at First Choice Holidays. Nina holds a CIPD qualification from Stockton Riverside College and a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Strathclyde, along with foundational education from Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College and Longfield Comprehensive School.
