Asmaa LOUBARIS has extensive work experience in the finance and audit sector. They started their career as an Analyste financier stagiaire at BMCI Groupe BNP PARIBAS in 2013, where they conducted financial analysis and maintained legal files for clients. From there, they moved on to KPMG MAROC in 2014 as an Auditeur stagiaire, where they participated in various missions related to audit and the application of accounting standards and laws. In 2015, Asmaa worked as an Auditeur stagiaire at Crowe Horwath Maroc, focusing on advisory services for mergers and acquisitions.

In 2016, Asmaa joined CDG Capital, where they held various roles over the years. They started as a Contrôleur permanent (Stagiaire) de l'activité dépositaire and later became a Contrôleur permanent (intérimaire) de l'activité dépositaire. They then progressed to the role of Contrôleur permanent de l’activité Asset Servicing and later became a Contrôleur interne habilité de l’activité Asset Servicing. In 2021, they served as a Contrôleur interne senior habilité de l'activité Securities Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Superviseur contrôle permanent habilité de l'activité CCO & DAFS at CDG Capital.

Asmaa LOUBARIS pursued their education at two different institutions. From 2010 to 2015, they attended the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Management (HEM) and obtained a Master II (M2) degree in Finance et Contrôle. Then, from 2019 to 2020, they undertook further studies at the Université Internationale de Rabat, earning a Habilitation AMMC de la fonction contrôle interne (TC) in the field of Habilitation AMMC des professionnels du marché financier.
