Susan Webb

Susan Webb has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. Susan'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Human Resources at CDI Energy Products since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Director at the same company from May 2018 to January 2021. Before joining CDI Energy Products, they worked at TechnipFMC as the VP of Human Resources for Surface Technologies from January 2017 to April 2018. Susan also has extensive experience at FMC Technologies, where they held various roles including Director HR Surface Technologies and Human Resources Manager for Energy Production Systems and SOFEC Floating Systems. Susan began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Virginia Tech and as an Assistant Human Resources Administrator at Alleghany Regional Hospital. Throughout their career, Susan has been responsible for managing HR functions, providing strategic support, implementing policies and procedures, and leading talent development initiatives.

Susan Webb earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Virginia Tech in 1990. Following this, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
