Nicole Harmon

Nicole Harmon, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CDISC, a role that began in August 2024. Prior to this position, Nicole was with Cohen Veterans Bioscience from February 2019 to August 2024, where titles included President and Chief Operations Officer, focusing on advancing brain trauma healing through research and efficient organizational operations. Previous experience includes a tenure as Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer at CDISC, and as a Fund Development/Management Consultant with Texas Hospital Association. Nicole has also held leadership roles at CORE Health Foundation, Texas Healthcare Trustees, and the National Kidney Foundation of West Texas, accumulating extensive expertise in strategic planning, fund development, and organizational management. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision from Texas Tech University and a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Texas State University.
