Carlos S. Echalar

Carlos Echalar, MBA, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CDM Smith since May 2015, providing global leadership and strategic guidance in human resources for 125 offices worldwide. In addition to this role, Carlos holds positions as a Professor and Lecturer at Northeastern University and Chair of the Board of Directors at the North East Human Resources Association. Previous experience includes executive roles at notable organizations such as Oracle MICROS, Computer Sciences Corporation, and ManTech International Corporation, where Carlos led various human resources initiatives and organizational transformations. Carlos holds an MBA in Business Operations and Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
