Cheryl Graham

Cheryl Graham is an experienced office manager and civil engineering technician currently serving in the Nitro I-64 Project at CDM Smith since January 2020, with extensive previous experience in civil engineering roles across several companies. Cheryl has also held positions at a consulting firm since June 2019 and worked at the WV Division of Highways from 1993 to 2019, contributing as an engineering technician and administrative assistant. In addition to technical expertise, volunteer work with Basenji Rescue and Transport occurred from September 2002 to December 2012. Cheryl holds an Engineering Technician Specialty Degree in Construction Engineering from Bridgemont Community and Technical College and has pursued additional education in Industrial Relations and Labor Studies at the WVU Institute of Technology, as well as Business Management at Motlow State Community College.
