Janna Runyon

Janna Runyon, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at CDM Smith since January 2004. In this role, Janna partners with one direct report to provide HR support for over 600 employees, collaborating with management, other HR Business Partners, Shared Services, and the Center of Expertise to address various human resource issues. Prior to CDM Smith, Janna worked as a Benefits Specialist at Lahey Clinic from September 2003 to January 2004. Janna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Gettysburg College, completed in 2003, and graduated from The Wheeler School with a high school diploma in 1999.
