Robert Madura

Robert Madura possesses extensive experience in water treatment operations, having served as an Operations Specialist at CDM Smith since June 2019 and previously as Maintenance Supervisor for the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency from July 1991 to June 2019, where supervision encompassed maintenance functions of a 50 MGD water treatment system. Earlier roles include Operation and Maintenance at the City of Lake Forest Water Filtration Plant and Superintendent of Water for the City of North Chicago Water Department. Robert's foundational experience began as a Maintenance Mechanic for the City of North Chicago Water Department and a Maintenance II Worker at the City of Evanston Water Treatment Plant. Robert holds an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance and Repair from the College of Lake County and a Certificate in Building Trades from the Lake County Area Vocational School.
