Alice Tian

Alice Tian has extensive experience in human resources and management. Alice is currently a Global Human Resources Director at CDNetworks since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Sr. Manager at SMIC from September 2018 to September 2019. Before that, they served as a Global HR Director at Cycle Link International from July 2017 to July 2018. Alice also worked as an HR Manager at China Institute from May 2017 to July 2017. Previously, Alice held various HR Sr. Manager roles at Newegg.com from June 2003 to November 2016, where they were responsible for workforce planning, ER relations, training, recruiting, benefits, and more. Alice also had experience in accounting and HR roles at Microsystems Professional Service Inc from September 2002 to June 2003 and as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Opencon Systems Inc from July 2000 to April 2001.

Alice Tian has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2017.
