Felix Wen currently works at CDNetworks as a Junior Network Engineer, responsible for technical support and ensuring operational incidents are resolved. Prior to this, Felix worked at Possehl Electronics as a Senior IT Assistant, handling hardware and software deployment, repair, and troubleshooting. Additionally, Felix gained experience as an IT Support Technician at Alpha Digital Solutions Ltd. Felix completed their Bachelor's degree in Security Technology at Multimedia University after earning a Diploma in Information Technology.
