Kait Kluz

Kait Kluz has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Kait began their career in 2015 as an Account Manager at Chicken Salad Chick. In the same year, they also worked as a Fieldhouse Manager at Auburn University. In 2017, they joined CDP as an Executive Assistant, where they were the CEO's right-hand, helping to shape the future of the company. Kait was also responsible for leading client implementations, project plans, and end-user software training, as well as managing the company's inbound and outbound marketing efforts. In 2019, they were promoted to Revenue Operations Manager, where they worked to rewrite internal operations, improve client acquisition, empower client delight, and establish a company culture focused on driving revenue.

Kait Kluz has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University. Kait also has several certifications from the University of Minnesota, including Human Resources Management Capstone: HR for People Managers (July 2020), Managing Employee Compensation (April 2020), Managing Employee Performance (March 2020), Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees (March 2020), and Preparing to Manage Human Resources (February 2020).
