Scott Hissong

Scott Hissong, P.E. is a seasoned project manager and lead traffic engineer at CDR Maguire Inc. since April 2018, with previous experience at WSP USA, Orth-Rodgers & Associates, AECOM, and several other engineering firms. Scott Hissong has developed expertise in transportation planning analysis, traffic signal design, and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) design, alongside overseeing various traffic engineering projects throughout a career that began with a traffic engineering internship at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Scott Hissong holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh's Swanson School of Engineering and a B.S. in Mathematics from Slippery Rock University.
