Diana Moraru

Ms. Moraru joined CD&R in 2014 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities. She has played a key role in the Firm’s investments in BUT, Conforama France, Motor Fuel Group, and SPIE. Previously, she worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. in London. Ms. Moraru has a B.Sc. in economics from The London School of Economics.
