Jillian C. Griffiths

Ms. Griffiths joined CD&R in 2015. She has leadership responsibilities for finance, information technology, and office administrative services. Ms. Griffiths is a 22-year veteran of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was a partner in the U.S. deal practice specializing in financial due diligence. She participated in over 150 transactions, spending a majority of her time advising private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries.
