Luke Forryan

Luke Forryan is a legal professional with extensive experience in private equity law. Currently serving as a Legal Secondee for Clayton Dubilier & Rice since April 2024, Luke provides European legal counsel while also holding an Associate position in the Private Equity team at Kirkland & Ellis since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Lawyer in the private equity team at Clifford Chance from February 2019 to October 2021 and as a Trainee Solicitor at Odyssians, a charity, where Luke also acted as Treasurer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oxford and multiple law degrees from BPP Law School. Initial internships at Clifford Chance and Quilter Cheviot Ltd provided foundational experience in legal and investment management.
