Terrianne Patnode

Ms. Patnode joined CD&R in 2014 and serves as the Firm's chief compliance officer and senior counsel. She oversees CD&R’s global compliance program and provides legal support across the Firm. Prior to joining CD&R, she practiced law for ten years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
