Connard Barker

Connard Barker has extensive experience in the civil construction and oil field services industry. Currently serving as President of CE Barker, C.E. Barker Energy Services L.L.C, and CSB Property LLC. Additionally, served as partner at Tillous Prairie LLC and 4-way Cattle Company. Graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and from Wharton County Junior College with an Associate of Arts degree.
