Joyce Baraga-Simbajon

Joyce Baraga-Simbajon, MBA, currently serves as the Secretary for the University Registrar at Cebu Institute of Technology - University since April 2022. With extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, Joyce held multiple positions at SM Retail from April 2016 to February 2022, including Customer Service Supervisor and Treasury Supervisor, overseeing customer complaints, cash management, and staff training. Prior to this, Joyce worked as a Service Associate at Maybank, managing transactions and client communications, and as a Receptionist at Uni-Best English Clinic, assisting Korean students. Joyce holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services, both from Cebu Institute of Technology.
