Martel De Guzman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various companies such as PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, The TLC Solution, Chubb, QBE Insurance, Analog Devices Philippines, and The Hershey Company. Martel has extensive experience in HR services delivery, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee communication, and engagement. Martel has also been involved in various HR automation projects and has actively participated in HR and corporate transformation projects. Martel holds a degree in B.S. Psychology from Assumption College, San Lorenzo, Makati.
