Scott Brown

Scott Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott began their career at Mecklenburg County as the Manager of Solid Waste Services, where they worked from 2000 to 2006. Scott then joined BP Barber as the Regional Manager and Senior Project Manager from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they moved on to Brown and Caldwell as a Supervising Engineer, a position they held until 2011. Since 2011, Scott has been associated with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., initially serving as the Vice President/Office Lead before taking on their current role as Vice President of Operations in 2020.

Scott Brown attended Virgil I. Grissom High School from 1980 to 1983. Scott then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.
