Nicole Bergeron

Nicole joins Cecelia Health with nearly 15 years of experience in human resources primarily within the healthcare industry. In her role at Cecelia Health, Nicole is responsible for finding and retaining top talent that is passionate about changing the face of chronic condition management. Nicole believes that driven and skilled employees are one of an organization’s greatest assets.

Prior to joining Cecelia Health, Nicole led the On-site Staffing and Recruiting teams at Labcorp within the Employer Services division. During her tenure, she was responsible for over 11,000 clinical staff who fulfilled on-site screenings, vaccination clinics, and health coaching services to employer groups resulting in a 98% satisfaction rating. Additionally, she has experience managing human resources and recruiting operations within the military and higher education sectors.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and lives in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
