Teresa Zack

Teresa Zack, MSN, RN, NE-BC, currently serves as the School Nurse at Rising Sun High School within Cecil County Public Schools, providing care to students from pre-k to 12th grade and administering medications while offering education and support. In addition, Teresa works as a Substitute School Nurse at Union Hospital of Cecil County, delivering care to acutely ill patients in critical care settings and collaborating with healthcare teams on patient care plans. Previous experience includes roles as Nurse Manager for both the Comprehensive Certified Stroke Unit and Intermediate Care Unit at Christiana Care Health System and St. Francis Hospital, respectively, where operational and budget management were key responsibilities. Teresa's career began as a Patient Care Coordinator in an acute care Psychiatric Unit at Christiana Care Health System. Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Wilmington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Widener University.
