Rick Eder

Rick Eder has a diverse background in engineering, starting as a Structural Engineer at Jacobs Engineering from 2003 to 2004. Rick then transitioned to Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C., where they held roles such as Formwork Engineer from 2004 to 2008, Regional Engineering Manager from 2009 to 2014, and ultimately Director of Engineering from 2014 onwards. In their current position as Director of Engineering, Rick provides leadership across multiple locations, oversees collaboration between engineering teams and field operations, and supports innovative initiatives like BIM development and value engineering services.

Rick Eder earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 2001. Rick then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Structural Engineering at the same university, completing their degree in 2003.
