Paul Rebeta

Paul Rebeta has over 25 years of work experience in various IT leadership roles. Starting in 1998 at Moen Incorporated, they began as a Manager of Operations Technologies before being promoted to Senior Network Analyst. Paul then moved on to Precision Castparts, where they served as Divisional Manager of Enterprise Technology and later as Director of Enterprise Technology. After that, Paul worked at KLX Inc. as a Senior Global Manager and then as Director of IT Systems Assurance. Most recently, they held positions at MHI Shared Services Americas, Inc., where they served as Senior Manager of Technical Services and Director of Technical Services. Currently, Paul is the Director of Infrastructure and Operations at CECO Environmental Corporation. Throughout their career, they have managed teams and overseen infrastructure projects and operations, with a focus on cloud systems, datacenter infrastructure, and IT services.

Paul Rebeta attended Kent State University from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Business Management and a minor in Healthcare Systems Management. Paul also earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration from Kent State University from 2012 to 2014. Paul is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Kent State University's Graduate School of Management, expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, Paul holds various certifications in networking and IT from institutions such as Cisco Career Certifications and Microsoft.
