Sander Harders

Sander Harders has extensive experience in operations management, having held various leadership roles since 1998, with a focus on claims handling and performance improvement. Currently serving in operations management at CED Europe since January 2020, Sander previously contributed to project management in the field of personal injury claims at HvS Letselschade from February to December 2019. Prior to this, Sander was director of operational performance at Nationale-Nederlanden, facilitating the relocation of the Anti-Fraud department, and at Van Ameyde Group, where substantial operational enhancements were made across multiple international offices over an 11-year tenure. Sander also managed operational strategies at Van Ameyde Nederland B.V., overseeing the claims handling for notable large fleets. Educational background includes studies at Leiden University and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
