Syed F. has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Coordination Associate for SUN Charity UK, where they were responsible for coordinating and connecting project owners to funding sources. In 2011, they worked as an Agente Commerciale for Edison SpA. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Development for Apricot Consulting Services, where they were responsible for tech staffing and recruitment, project coordination and management, and portfolio enrichment. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Modem Test Engineer for Qualcomm, where they were responsible for modem/IMS tests, 3G, 4G, VoLTE, VoWifi, as well as using tools such as QXDM, QPST, X-CAL, Python, PERL, ADB shell, and Linux. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Business Operations for CED Systems, where they are responsible for business management and operations, budgeting, cash flow management, customer relations, strategic business growth, and new opportunities, as well as network deployment, turnkey small cells, and alternative coverage solutions.

Syed F. completed the Fastrac New Venture Program at the State University New York - Levin Institute in 2013. Syed then went on to obtain an Assoc. Chartered Certified Accountant from ACCA between 2010 and 2014, with a field of study in IFRS, Audit and Assurance, Corporate International Law, and Financial and Management Accounting. In addition, Syed F. has obtained certifications in Fastrack Growth Venture from SUNY Levin Institute in 2018, Nokia LTE Integration from Nokia in 2018, First Aid, CPR, AED from the American Red Cross in 2018, OSHA 10 in 2016, and RF Safety Awareness from LBA University.
