Susan Austin

Susan Austin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership engagement and management. Since joining the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) in September 2011, Susan has held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Senior Manager for Membership and Engagement, where responsibilities include strategic engagement with member organizations and liaising between members and the wider organization. With a background in managing membership recruitment and retention efforts, Susan also serves as a Committee Member for Reason to Thrive Inc, a not-for-profit organization focused on providing life-skill programs for at-risk youth and women affected by domestic violence, and previously contributed as a Board Director for Equestrian Queensland. Additionally, Susan's career includes a significant tenure as a Senior Property Manager at Ray White and an educational background from Queensland University of Technology.
