Dr. Jason Raines

Dr. Jason Raines serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at HNL Lab Medicine, focusing on data analysis and discrete event simulation to enhance operational efficiency. As the Founder and Principal of Raines Consulting Group, LLC, Dr. Raines provides expertise to organizations seeking to improve services and reduce waste. In academia, Dr. Raines holds an adjunct instructor position at Cedar Crest College, teaching various finance and healthcare management courses.
