Brady Serafin

Brady Serafin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brady most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cedar Crest Hospital & Residential Treatment Center, starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Millcreek Behavioral Health from June 2020 to April 2023.

Before their executive roles, Brady was the Director of Operations at Mount Prospect Academy from March 2019 to June 2020. Brady also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Acadia Healthcare from June 2018 to March 2019.

Additionally, Brady held various positions at the State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services. Brady served as the Director from June 2016 to June 2018 and worked as a Juvenile Probation Parole Supervisor from February 2013 to June 2016. Furthermore, they worked as a Juvenile Probation Parole Officer from October 1998 to February 2013.

Brady's early career included a role as a Child Protective Service Worker (Investigations) at the State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services from June 1994 to November 1998.
