Joe Tooley has extensive experience in finance recruitment, currently serving as Director - Interim Qualified Finance at Cedar since June 2018, where the focus is on providing tailored recruitment solutions for finance and related sectors both in the UK and internationally. Prior to Cedar, Joe held multiple leadership roles at REED from October 2014 to May 2018, advancing from Business Manager to Associate Director in various finance recruitment specializations. Joe’s career began at Toshiba TEC UK Imaging Systems Ltd., where responsibilities included sales and account management from September 2010 to September 2014. Joe's educational background includes attendance at Lea Valley High School from 1999 to 2004.
