Adrian S. Contreras

Adrian S. Contreras is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer at BOMA SW Region since April 2023, Adrian also manages industrial properties at Cedar Ridge Services, LLC starting January 2024. Previously, Adrian held the position of President and Owner at LEOCON Management since October 2020, and served as Senior General Manager at JLL from July 2022 to November 2023. Additional leadership experience includes multiple roles at BOMA San Antonio, including President, and property management positions at Port San Antonio and REOC San Antonio. Educational qualifications include an Associates in Real Estate Management from San Antonio College and a Bachelor's in General Business Management from the University of the Incarnate Word.
