Tahlia Welsh-Oliver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management and customer experience across various healthcare and community organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Cedar since August 2021, Tahlia previously held the role of Care Team Director at Cityblock Health and Director of Customer Experience at Stellar Health. Prior to these positions, Tahlia worked at Clover Health in multiple roles, including Field Outreach Manager and Community Organizer. Tahlia's career began at the Urban League of Hudson County Inc. as Program Director, followed by a leadership role at Prevention Links as Family Division Director.
