Motz Feinberg has an extensive work experience in the supply chain field. Motz currently serves as the VP & Chief Supply Chain Officer at Cedars-Sinai since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Kaiser Permanente from 2013 to 2020, where they held the positions of VP Supply Chain Operations and Executive Director of Supply Chain. Motz also worked as the Regional Supply Chain Director at Univar from 2011 to 2013 and as the Sr. Manager of Materials and Supply Chain at Flowserve from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they held various roles at Crane Aerospace and Electronics from 2006 to 2008. Motz started their career at Nestle in 2000, where they served as the Manager of Supply Chain and Sr. Business Analyst in the Confections Division of North America. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Research Analyst at RAND Corporation from 1998 to 2000.
Motz Feinberg has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. Motz holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, with a focus on Operations. Motz also earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA. Additionally, they are Green Belt Certified from Flowserve Corporation.
