Taylor Fleissner is an experienced prevention family partner at Cedars Youth Services since December 2019, focusing on supporting at-risk female youth aged 17-24 who are pregnant or parenting. At Cedars, Taylor has developed critical life skills in individuals facing homelessness. Previously, Taylor served as a family support worker at Jenda Family Services, supervising visits between parents and their children amid court involvement. Prior roles at Cedars include working as a child specialist and a student intern, where responsibilities involved co-teaching and assisting in classroom activities. Taylor's career began in the service industry as a hostess at Red Robin. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, as well as Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
