Jennifer Cochran

Jennifer Cochran, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and education. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of Academic Human Resources at Cedarville University, where they provide counsel and support to faculty and staff. Jennifer is also a campus Title IX Investigator. Prior to this role, Jennifer owned and operated Inspire Piano Studio, a successful music studio where they mentored and educated students. Jennifer also worked as an independent contractor and owner at CTInc. In addition, Jennifer has experience working in HR at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Macmillan Computer Publishing. Their roles involved providing HR support and counsel to various levels of management and employees.

Jennifer Cochran, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the ATIXA Rationale Writing Workshop and the Sexual Violence/Sexual Harassment Case Processing & Resolution: Civil Rights Investigator Level Three from ATIXA and TNG. Jennifer also holds certifications in Civil Rights Investigator Level Two Advanced from both TNG and ATIXA. Furthermore, Jennifer Cochran is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), certified by SHRM in 2019.
