Dr. Carla Woydt

Dr. Carla Woydt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dr. Carla is currently serving as the Chief Impact Officer at CEEZER since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at aware_ THE PLATFORM, where they held the positions of Director Sustainability from January 2022 and Head of Sustainability & Chief Curator from February 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining aware_ THE PLATFORM, Dr. Woydt worked at SGS Germany GmbH as the Group Lead Corporate Social Responsibility / Responsible Business Solutions from February 2018 to March 2021. Dr. Carla also gained experience at CDP - Global environmental reporting system, where they worked as the Associate Director Sales and Business Development from March 2017 to February 2018 and as an Account Manager Reporter Services from June 2016 to March 2017.

Furthermore, Dr. Woydt has worked in Corporate Social Responsibility at Montblanc from August 2015 to May 2016 and as a Junior Consultant at :response from May 2015 to August 2015. Dr. Carla started their professional career as a PhD Position in Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin, Cluster of Excellence 'Languages of Emotion' from October 2011 to June 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Potsdam from March 2011 to October 2011.

Dr. Woydt's academic career also includes a research assistant position at Freie Universität Berlin, where they conducted various tasks such as analyzing behavioral data, conference preparation, and literature research from August 2009 to February 2011. Dr. Carla also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Colloids and Interfaces from April 2009 to August 2009.

Dr. Carla Woydt's education history begins with obtaining their A-Levels at Friedrichsgymnasium Kassel from 1995 to 2004. Dr. Carla then pursued their Diploma in Biology/Biological Sciences from 2005 to 2011 at Freie Universität Berlin. In 2008 and 2009, they studied Biology, General at Université de Montpellier II. Dr. Woydt proceeded to earn their Ph.D. in Comparative Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they completed the DRS Pro Business Program at Dahlem Research School in 2013. Furthermore, in 2014, they obtained a DRS Pro Business Certificate from Dahlem Research School.
