Brian Dunbar

Brian Dunbar is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CEF Industries since February 2022, Brian has held key positions including Plant Manager at Multitech Industries Inc., Director of Operations at Elgin Fastener Group, and Manufacturing Manager at BorgWarner Inc., where responsibilities included managing continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier roles also featured progressive leadership positions at Franklin Electric and ITW Shakeproof Group. Brian holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
