Gabriella Bologna

Gabriella Bologna is a Senior Service & Experience Designer and UX/UI Service Designer at Cefriel since May 2015. At Cefriel, Gabriella applies design thinking methods to create digital products and services, conducting user research, organizing co-design sessions, designing concepts and interactive prototypes, conducting testing sessions, and supporting technical teams using agile methodology. Gabriella also teaches a Design Thinking course, focusing on practical application of the methodology. Previously, Gabriella worked as a Communication Designer at Fri Communication Group, where responsibilities included brand identity development, print layout, photo editing, and event organization. Gabriella holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
