Maëva Lenormand

Maëva Lenormand has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Maëva started their career at McDonald's as an Equipière in 2013. Maëva then worked as an Event Hostess at Intervalles from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they worked as an Assistant at UAF Life Patrimoine in 2015 and again in 2016. Maëva then transitioned into the recruitment field, working as a Recruiting Assistant at Manpower from 2016 to 2017, and as a Talent Recruiter at Experis France from 2017 to 2018. Maëva then joined Cosmo Tech as a Recruiter from 2018 to 2019, and LumApps as a Technical Recruiter from 2019 to 2020. Their most recent positions include working as a Talent Manager at Blue Soft Empower from 2021 to 2023, and currently as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Cegid since 2024. Maëva has experience in various areas of talent acquisition, including employer branding, personnel management, and training.
